Sometimes when teaching young children how to produce speech sounds, it helps to give them fun names to help them remember what we are working on. I also pair the fun name with a picture for each speech sound to provide the children with both a visual and auditory cue. below is a list of names for each speech sound that I compiled a few years from various sources.
