“This person made the conscious decision to park in front of the fire hydrant. Windows can be replaced; people cannot,” Pennsauken fire Chief Jospeh Palumbo said.

Dumb procedure to waste time busting windows (with the clear underlying intent of teaching the guy a lesson).
Me and one or two buddies would have simply lifted that toy car and moved it a few yards, in a few seconds, then business as usual.
Don’t let those vandals near my crew.
It would take longer to move it, usually one guy hits the hydrant any way. And I doubt you and one or two of your buddies could have pushed this vechile in park, let alone pick it up
