Renal Papillary Necrosis is a form of nephropathy characterized by coagulative necrosis of the renal medullary pyramids and papillae.

  • Obstruction of the urogenital tract
  • Sickle cell disease
  • Tuberculosis

  • Analgesia /Alcohol abuse

  • Diabetes mellitus
